The KIC WAY Foundation began with founder Dr. Eric Garnes and a conviction he couldn’t shake: every journey begins with a pair of shoes. What started as handing a single child a new pair of shoes has grown into a global effort spanning shoe distributions, learning excursions, and restoration work for families in crisis.
Today we serve children, youth, families, schools, and communities across cultures and continents — not as a faraway charity, but as neighbors, mentors, and friends.
